There are many options available when considering ordering bespoke gift boxes. Two-piece or hinged lid gift boxes? Printed or unprinted gift boxes? Lined or unlined gift boxes? With or without insert? White or colored? Matt or gloss finish? There are many choices available and our aim is to fully understand your requirement and work with you to develop your ideas so you obtain the exact gift box design you set out to find.

We have included some points you may wish to consider below:

Quantity - Usually the MOQ (minimum of quantity) is 3000 PCS per each item and size. But prices will be better in bigger quantity and small quantity is available but not very economic. It can be negotiable.

Lead times - As normal, it will take up to 4 weeks. But the lead time will be dependent on the quantity of gift boxes required and our current workload. Upon receiving an enquiry for custom-made gift boxes, we will liaise within our factory and confirm the current lead time before order placement.

Contents of gift boxes - How heavy is the item to be housed? Board thickness is measured in GSM weight or microns. Generally, bespoke gift boxes are made of paper board between 800 microns and 2000 microns thick. The size of the box and its contents will dictate the thickness of the board used.

Print & Branding - Would you like print or your logo or personalized text on the gift boxes? - This can be achieved through off-set printing or hot stamping which is depending on the number of colors required.

Inside the gift box - do you require a cotton inlay or a foam insert or a card tray within the gift box to hold its contents in place?

Gift box finish treatment - Matt or gloss lamination is frequently used. And matt or gloss varnish is also available.

When contacting us with a bespoke gift box requirement, it is useful to provide the following information:

* Style of gift boxes - e.g. two-piece gift boxes with lift-off lid, gift boxes with a hinged lid, shoulder gift boxes, wrap around or clam shell gift boxes.

* Dimensions of gift boxes

* Lid depth

* Quantity of gift boxes required

* Internal & external color of gift boxes

* Inserts & Lining - a die-cut card tray, foam insert or satin lining with loose polystyrene beads underneath can be used.

* Confirmation as to whether any printing or hot stamping of logo/text is required. It helps if you can send us a copy of your artwork so that we can advise
on the available options. Please send us an AI or CDR file of the artwork.

* Date the gift boxes are required
